Paid plans are active for the purchased period; payments are non-refundable once a plan is activated, unless support decides otherwise.
After a subscription ends and a short grace period passes, pages, blocks and short links beyond the free plan are paused; they are not deleted and return when you renew. Each language of a page counts as one page of your plan.
Creating a page requires your first name, last name and an ID document. Pages of owners whose identity has not been verified tell visitors so; send a selfie with your ID and a photo of the ID under Identity verification to get verified.
